Emotional labour is defined as a deliberate disconnect between the felt and performed emotions when providing any specific or important service interacting with some individual. Mental health consists of individuals’ emotional, psychological social well-being along their ability to enjoy life attain sense balance. increasingly becoming in workplace thus maintaining mental employees extremely essential important. Employees garment industry improve quality by engaging emotional which requires them maintain pretentious desirable under all circumstances. The aim present study was understand relationship emotion salespersons working stores. followed qualitative approach sample collected using purposive sampling, total being 8 different stores Delhi NCR. data through in-depth interview. Thematic Network Analysis used analyse obtain complete understanding meaning. findings provide an about importance its associated benefits both at employee organizational level.
